The most powerful part of our SonScape retreat experience was the opportunity to come away to a quiet place and honestly reflect on who God has made us to be. In so many ways, I have not been living out of that reality. Through challenge and encouragement, and an environment of grace and space, Larry and Barbara called us to live boldly and humbly out of who God made us to be. What a refreshing, restoring, healing, and freeing exhortation that has been. Onward and upward!

This week has brought spaciousness to my heart and room to breathe deeply, reflect, rest. I have found healing and greater freedom from others’ expectations – both through time with Larry and Barbara and time alone with God in nature. This week has been a luxurious gift to recalibrate and grow deeper with the Lord.
